This company of the best experience I’ve had with an appliance technician in a long time. They came when they said they would, the diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and committed to doing the work the day the arrived. And they did exactly what they said they would. Serhii was absolutely an amazing repair technician. he and a technical assistant came to fix a clogged freezer drain. he was up front about what needed to be done and the cost. he also informed me of a few other issues that could be taken care of but we're not pressing at this time. AND he was not pushy insisting that everything should be done as soon as possible!!!! this company is absolutely amazing. from the first bit of professionalism to the final close of the business deal. the pricing is some of the best on the market now. the old saying goes you get what you pay for.. but with Serhii, you get a lot more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs appliancerepair. excellent job you all. thank you so much once again

He came as soon as he could which was the next day around dinner time. He found the issue quickly same day but had to order a part. Part came in and he came same day and he got it fixed quickly and everything is workingly perfectly now.
