At Courtesy Mobile Computer Repair, we make it convenient for you by performing the repairs on the job site which means that you can use your computer the very same day. The only repair that we cannot do on site is component level repairs which involve the electronics of the computer such as the motherboard and other electrical components. Also, some hardware replacements during the evening hours that may take over 2 hours. I am one of Darryl's regulars and he encouraged me to right a review for him so I am taking the time to do so today. I have been dealing with this company for many years and Darryl is now part of the family. He has assisted me with setting up all of the computers at my church which was roughly around 14 computers or so. The wireless signal wasn't really all that strong so he suggested to just run cables with the jack in the wall to plug the computers in. I seen him go into the attic like it was nothing and he ran the cables down into the walls and set up the jacks. This was my first dealing with him. He got the job done in about 2 days but the workmanship was amazing and he was very friendly. Every since then, I have used him since for my home computers, church computers, family computers, and friends computers. I keep him pretty busy because when I brag about him I want everyone to know and see why I brag about him. Give him a call or try him out. I can assure you that you will not regret it as he is not a fly by night person. He is very loyal and dedicated.

I needed 6 computers set up and needed them all to have access to print off of one printer. I called and set up an appointment and it was all done in less than 2 hours. I will not hesitate to use Darryl again and I will be sure to refer him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is far from complicated. I charge by the job and not by the hour on all services and projects. This allows for all of my clients to be at ease knowing that they don't have to keep looking at the time to wonder how long it will take to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with any new customers is to gain their confidence on knowing that they have chosen the right person for the job. I want to gain their trust on knowing that they are in good hands and that I am there to help them and provide a service. I enjoy interacting with any of my clients so that they can see exactly what I am doing and I am opened to answering any questions as well as explaining what I am doing to their computers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an A+ and Network+ certified technician. I have recently completed school for Network and Systems Administrations. I have received my Associates in this field in IT and I will soon go for my BA. I continuously stay on top of things to stay educated when it comes down to computers and electronics since it is my trade and line of business.
