- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is far from complicated. I charge by the job and not by the hour on all services and projects. This allows for all of my clients to be at ease knowing that they don't have to keep looking at the time to wonder how long it will take to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with any new customers is to gain their confidence on knowing that they have chosen the right person for the job. I want to gain their trust on knowing that they are in good hands and that I am there to help them and provide a service. I enjoy interacting with any of my clients so that they can see exactly what I am doing and I am opened to answering any questions as well as explaining what I am doing to their computers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an A+ and Network+ certified technician. I have recently completed school for Network and Systems Administrations. I have received my Associates in this field in IT and I will soon go for my BA. I continuously stay on top of things to stay educated when it comes down to computers and electronics since it is my trade and line of business.
