- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private training is set by hour not by dog. Board and train pricing is per day/ per dog. Group training is set by session package so the more sessions you buy the cheaper it gets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a new client application that I ask everyone to fill out. Our first meeting whether private training, group training, or board and train will always include an evaluation. I want to understand what your ideal dog is so I can make sure we achieve it.
