Leo was professional and responsive from his quote to the completion of the assembly of my husband's L-shaped standing desk and bookcase! He took his shoes off at the door without me asking. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the customer’s request, contact info and then I schedule an appointment for me to complete the service. I like to keep it simple.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I bought my first home, I swapped the kitchen faucet and sink, mounted all TVs in the house, mounted floating tv stands, installed garage storage, installed new fans and light fixtures, assembled two bookcases and a couple other upgrades. I fell in love with the execution of individual tasks that bring visions to life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy garage modifications. I recently installed/created a substantial amount storage for a customer for their garage. I installed 3 garage storage racks that hung from the roof, mounted shelves to the wall, assembled a detailed garage storage system and mounted brackets to hand items.
