Leo was professional and responsive from his quote to the completion of the assembly of my husband's L-shaped standing desk and bookcase! He took his shoes off at the door without me asking. He was personable, yet remained professional with my entire family. The desk and bookcase were assembled to perfection! We have already booked another job with him.

Leo did two closet shelf installation for us. He is a thorough professional and also was able to give us design ideas and options which was a great value add. Leo is simply amazing! The shelf in my master bedroom closet was on its way to the floor. He responded immediately, took the time to understand my issue and immediately confirmed it could be fixed. Day one he came by to confirm the items needed and completed the project that very next day. Hr actually ended up reinforcing the closetsystem in two of our bedrooms. Leo was pleasant, professional, prompt and he did an excellent job. I also appreciated that he texted each morning when en route as he said he would and at the completion of the project, he asked us to check everything before he leaving. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the customer’s request, contact info and then I schedule an appointment for me to complete the service. I like to keep it simple.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I bought my first home, I swapped the kitchen faucet and sink, mounted all TVs in the house, mounted floating tv stands, installed garage storage, installed new fans and light fixtures, assembled two bookcases and a couple other upgrades. I fell in love with the execution of individual tasks that bring visions to life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy garage modifications. I recently installed/created a substantial amount storage for a customer for their garage. I installed 3 garage storage racks that hung from the roof, mounted shelves to the wall, assembled a detailed garage storage system and mounted brackets to hand items.
