We hired Mike’s Flooring to install LVP throughout the upstairs of our newly purchased 1970s townhouse, including the stairs, foyer, and two bathrooms. The home had carpeting, which was in terrible condition, and Mike and his crew jumped right in, removed it all, and completely transformed the space!
What I appreciated most was Mike’s willingness to listen and work with me throughout the process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he took the time to address it. Nothing was dismissed, and he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished product. He even installed new baseboards to give everything a cleaner, more finished look.
His crew was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and a pleasure to have in our home. They put in the effort to get the job done, and I appreciated how accommodating they were throughout the installation.
Renovating an older home comes with its share of surprises, but having a contractor who listens, understands, and works with you makes all the difference. Our upstairs looks like an entirely different home now, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything Mike and his team contributed to our renovations. I would happily recommend them!

My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I all ways start by asking what they need done on the property and then I can get an idea of what it is, then I go and see the project and give an estimate and there I can give a price for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
