What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing. Less than 2000 SF home, on a slab, less than 50 years old is $325. Condo/Townhomes are $275. WDO Inspections are $175, Wind Mitigation with home inspection $100, 4 Point Inspection with home inspection $50. Additional fees for larger homes. We offer a $25 discount for military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain, in detail, all items we inspect for and encourage questions. The customer may want to follow us around the inspection and we enjoy showing the customer the issues we find with the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in construction and 10 years experience as a Home Inspector. I was trained at American Home Inspector Training School. Certified/Licensed with the state of Florida. I hold the highest ranking in ASHI as an inspector. I am a member of FABI as a Registered Professional Home Inspector, and InterNACHI. We are A+ rated with the BBB. We are licensed, Bonded, Insured, Trained, and very experienced.
