When you are bringing people into your home it is your safe space and your retreat from the world. There is no price tag on peace of mind that the job has been done with integrity and respect to the home owner. I offer a luxury cleaning service , my prices reflect the level of service received when booking with me . I offer exceptional customer service Unheard of from housekeepers and online booking .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When reaching out to my business through thumbtack you will be speaking directly with the owner and the person cleaning your home . You book your initial cleaning where we will address any concerns and we get straight to work . We will get you on the schedule by prebooking your next appointment and do a walkthrough to make sure you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in a 4 diamond resort by the most customer service oriented company known to man. I pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make my customers happy.
