Chef Mauricio was hired for a private dinner party at our house and it was incredible! He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
He fixed a delicious Italian dinner and all of friends loved the food! We will absolutely be hiring him for future events!

He served a special dinner for two. Excellent overall experience. Chef was very personable, knowledgable and the food tasted great. The presentation of the meal was also well done. He cleaned up everything before he left and will use him again!

We were very pleased and impressed with Chef Mauricio Jimenez. Last night he prepared a full 4 course dinner for us and our guests (total of 9 people). The food was delicious and the presentation of the meal was beautiful too. It was the best birthday celebration I could ever asked for. Very memorable experience!
I would highly recommend Chef Mauricio.

I hired Chef Mauricio to surprise my brother and his wife for his birthday and prepare dinner. They had a fabulous time talking and watching Mauricio in their kitchen. A memorable night of lobster bisque (from scratch) filet mignon, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, homemade mashed potatoes and out of this world strawberry dessert. "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED"
