- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My listed prices are a base price, some things that can factor into price are drive distance, amount of animals, challenging behaviors, etc. I try to be fair and upfront with my pricing to ensure we are a good fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an in person meet & greet prior to scheduling service with your pet. I understand that finding the right person to watch your pets can be a challenge and I believe meeting and asking questions is the best way to find if we are a great match!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask them if they have insurance, what is their plan if your pet needs emergency care, do they care if you have cameras in your home, do they bring other people or pets to clients homes?
