My first experience with Lisa’s writing skills was when she assisted me in taking my resume from a bland and boring listing of my positions to beautifully crafted document demonstrating my experience and expertise. The end document looked nothing like its original and this was absolutely a good thing. The responses to my resume were drastically improved after this revision. I spend a great deal of time up front communicating with a customer to establish clear project requirements. I need to understand my customer's needs, and he or she should have clear expectations from me as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master of arts degree in English as well as certificates in Information Mapping and Instructional Systems Design. I have over 12 years experience writing and editing.
