We had a leak in our shower that revealed a big, nasty, moldy mess. We had no idea how to even begin tackling the problem, but DriMaxx jumped in and took care of everything for us. We did sign an AOB, and it took so much off of our plates. Really, it was like enlisting a concierge service for disaster management. And full disclosure; we were not always easy to work with. The whole DriMaxx team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, and upon request had no issues sending us copies of their settlement with our insurance company. Our insurance adjuster even commented on what a fantastic job they did!

DriMaxx came out same day for a free water and mold estimate. They were quick, communicative, efficient and worked with my insurance company during the process of the work and afterwards as well, to ensure my claim was resolved and closed. I loved their service and will use them again!
