- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $179, however active and retired military do receive discounts. My service includes cleaning of pilot, logs, glass, burner, thermopile and thermocouple. I always replace batteries to remote and receive box, tighten or replace any bad electrical connections, rewire wall switch and or valve. I also inspect the pilot, thermocouple, thermopile, valve, burner, gas line and the vent going outside for any blockage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking and getting to know there individual wants and needs so I can provide better service and teach them how to use there fireplace to its maximum potential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My trade doesn't require a license. However my many years of plumbing only helps me to better understand gas and how to handle it with the up most respect. I also have about 7 years experience with gas fireplaces witch has made me equal or better then any other tech out there.
