TML fixed the spring mechanism in 5 double hung windows and replaced a cracked curved piece of glass. The final result of the work was very good. I think they could improve the customer communications as I had to call multiple times ti find the status. All in all the work was VERY GOOD

This was a positive experience from start to finish. The company called back when they said they would, came over when they said they would, and provided an estimate which was reasonable and fair. Work was completed on time and the quality was great. I was impressed with the technician that came to the house to perform the work, and also with the staff back at the office that helped me troubleshoot some questions I had. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody in need of their services, and I will certainly use them in the future.

They replaced a glass pane in a broken bay window. Melissa responded first, gave me quote based on a photo and the job was done the next day at that same price. Installation was quick and painless. Very pleased.

Overall the service was good. They replaced the broken glass in a window for me. I appreciated that they provided that service bc most window repairs don't offer just glass repair.
Good communication, worker was nice and worked quickly!
