- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for monthly maintenance remain consistent excluding additional products that may be needed. Aquariums that are very dirty will require more time and work are priced accordingly until the aquarium becomes stable again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always communicate with a new customer to understand their concerns with the aquarium, the work I plan to do, as well as the future plans for the aquarium.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Marine Biology and over 16 years experience in both fresh and saltwater aquariums from 10 gallons to systems over 2000 gallons.
