What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate on 100% Contingency for injury cases. For Business related work there is a minimum engagement fee, and I operate on an billable hour basis with weekly invoices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective client calls, receives a short consultation and evaluation. Then an appointment is set for us to meet at clients home or office (depending on the case). Once client signs up with my office, I handle the case to conclusion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in music. I traveled extensively as a musician. I worked for a major investment bank where I was a Series 7 Licensed Advisor, and then went on to obtain a Master's in Business Administration. I am a Florida Licensed Attorney, admitted to the Southern, Middle, and Northern District, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
