Very dishonest. He treats people in two separate ways or so it appears and from what I saw it is a very accurate assessment. 3 Bar Complaints, 2or 3 Rip off Report Complaints, 1 blog on him, 2 or 3 BBB complaints , the complaints from 8 google customers all point to a certain direction. He lies to his clients and operates as if he is above the law. Offering no refunds, no copies of materials, no time receipt, no Washington DC office. There is a lot to consider that does not sound good and he illegally tries to get access to things by trying for power of attorney. He contacts people before 8 am according to several online complaints and my own experience.If everyone joined together there should be a class action suit on this guy with this many victims and no refunds, time receipts, documents or other typical legal materials.I am quoting experiences that I have observed online and also from being aware of this treatment of others I know on a personal level

This law firm is scam artist, they took $7500 dollars from me and money from many others. Justin and his crew will abandon your case as he did mine and also got me medical bill on my credit he said he would pay for. He has a partner robert and I feel he is also part of his scam to rip off people for thier hard earn money. Dont ever use this law firm, you been warned. This guy also got me kicked out of my home. He needs to be shut down and sued, but he hides and dont even have an office, he borrows conference room from the address he post. He is a real scum bag and we need to come together and shut him down. Anyone can contact me if they wanna do a class act law suit. Just goggle my name I'm not scared of him, my name is jason KNICKERBOCKER. Everyone that would like to shut him down should reach out or post a way to contact each other.

Please note that the agreement that was entered with my law firm was done between the law firm and Patricia McNamara, you as her significant other were the subject of the action. The full legal process was followed and yet you decided to cease contact after exhibiting questionable behavior and making multiple threats, yet my firm still continued, even when you behaved in a menacing manner. The term scam artist is offensive because not only was the process followed, I would have been more than apt to continue working other methods. I am sorry that you feel this way.
