I had a very pleasant transaction experience working with Mason from MediaByMase. When I first reached out via the Thumbtack app to inquire about avaialability, Mason was very fast to respond. We were quickly able to discuss my needs (Family shoot at a specific location on a specific date within a specific timeframe), for which Mason was able to meet my needs. I appreciated his posted prices, which I found to be very reasonable for the services requested.
We discussed payment and worked out a payment methodology that worked. Communication was fast throughout the entire pre-photo phase.
On the day of the shoot, Mason arrived early and ready to go. Mason was very personable and communicated well with my entire family (ages 17 months, 5 years, 16 year, 19 years, and us older folk). We collaborated on background ideas both meeting my requests and adding perspective to add to the various shots (angles/backgrounds/groupings/etc.).
After the shoot, communication continued to be fast and professional. The editing and final product was completed earlier than I expected and I was very pleased with the final product. I was very happy over all and excited the I could do business with a veteran owned business.
Would recommend to anyone and would use again should the need arise.
