FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First — we’re not the cheapest. And we’re not trying to be. But we do offer military yes senior citizen discounts up to 10%. Our pricing reflects quality equipment, proper installation, licensed and insured work, and standing behind what we do. When you hire us, you’re not just paying for a box outside and a unit in the attic. You’re paying for correct sizing, proper airflow, code compliance, safety measures, warranty protection, and accountability. We don’t believe in lowballing a job just to change the price later. We price it right the first time. And if something unexpected comes up, we communicate it before moving forward. At the end of the day, cheap HVAC usually becomes expensive HVAC. We focus on doing it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen. Before we talk equipment or pricing, I want to understand what’s actually going on — comfort issues, high power bills, hot rooms, past repairs, all of it. Next, we perform a full diagnostic. That means checking airflow, refrigerant levels, electrical components, drain lines, ductwork, and overall system performance. Not guessing — testing. After that, we explain everything clearly. I’ll show you what I found, what’s urgent, what can wait, and what your real options are. No pressure. No scare tactics. If replacement is needed, we discuss proper sizing, efficiency, and what fits your home — not just what’s in stock. Then once approved, we schedule the work, protect your home during install, complete the job clean and up to code, and walk you through the system before we leave. And after installation? We’re still here. If there’s ever an issue, we answer the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple airflow and system performance certifications, along with my EPA Universal Certification, which allows me to handle all refrigerants. I’m fully licensed and insured, and I bring over 19 years of hands-on field experience to every job. Experience matters in this trade. Certifications are important — but knowing how to properly diagnose, design airflow, and install systems the right way only comes from years in the field.
