Enrique was very professional and responded very quickly. He was able to diagnose the issue with my system quickly. The capacitor on the outdoor unit had gone bad. He had it replaced in no time. All of the work done was on a Sunday when most big companies are booked up or charge a big premium. I highly recommend Premier Frost. Definitely a great value and professional service.

I’m beyond delighted with the service Enrique provided! My AC stopped working due to a clogged drain, and not only did he respond within minutes of my request on Thumbtack, he was on the case within an hour. All fixed and I will be sure to call Premier Frost if I have any other AC issues!

I called Premier frost to fix my AC unit that was not blowing cold air, from the time I contacted them to the time a technician arrived and left I felt as if I was a part of their family. Not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of and not to mention they got it up and running in no time! 100% recommend. Will definitely be using them from now on!
