I was thoroughly impressed with them from start to finish. They had great communication with me every step of the way. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to show up. I can’t remember the last time I had a service professional show up remotely close to the time that they said they were going to show up, but these guys were on time both days that they were at my house. They were extremely professional and polite, and they finish the job quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough, and I will absolutely use them again.

Glad to get my coils inside and outside cleaned. We also discovered mold on the inner part of my unit and they recommended a UV light and cleaned everything to get it in good condition. I'm allergic to mold so I'm glad to remedy that since I'd been smelling mold in the house but didn't know where it was coming from. Having them do the service contract where they clean my coils once a year and do a tune-up. Best HVAC person I've ever had since owning my house!

SOS was able to come assess and fix my issue very quickly. They were incredibly knowledgeable and informative on what I needed and were able to explain it to me so that I can understand, and were very prompt and responsive to all of my questions. The technicians they sent out were very kind and professional. I will absolutely be happy to come back to them or recommend them for future work.
