- What types of customers have you worked with?
I practice in all areas of criminal law including Misdemeanors, Felonies and DUI. I have vast experience both in the courtroom and in trial. I have handled minor cases such as possession of alcohol by a minor to major crimes such as murder. Once retained by a client I guide them through the entire criminal process from Pre arrest investigations through trial. The criminal justice system can be intimidating but I am sure to explain each and every step of the process to my clients so they are fully informed and confident in the direction of their case. In addition to providing high quality legal assistance to my clients I am unique in that, should my clients wish, I am sure to take the time to keep their families informed thought the entire process as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to retain a criminal defense attorney who has vast experience in the practice of criminal law. Your attorney should have significant experience both in the courtroom and in trial. There are many areas of law and you want to be sure to retain an attorney who's focus is in the area of law for which your are retaining him. The criminal law is dynamic and ever changing and is therefore it is crucial to retain an attorney who is constantly engaged in the practice of criminal law. The attorney you retain will hold your future in his hands and you should be 100% confident in his abilities. Take the time to ask the questions you feel appropriate and be sure to confirm your attorneys experience by asking them to provide examples of past cases they have handle and their results.
