FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One of the reasons we have a free initial consultation is to explore your personal needs first. This complmentary conversation with our attorneys is used to explore, hear your story, ask questions and begin planting the seeds for your unique case. As a result, it is not in your best interest to have a standard pricing system. Our fees will be much more accurate after getting to understand your case and legal needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Arwani Law, we are dedicated to helping our clients. To demonstrate this, we offer two unique services not found in most other firms: We have a New Client Advocate on staff to be ever ready to answer non-legal questions for you, to give you a consistent communication link and to give you preferred access to our legal team. Secondly, and this is very important - we do not charge you for the first consultation with our attorneys. That's right, your first meeting is FREE. This is a $300- $500 value in the legal marketplace! Why do we do it? We want you to hire our firm because you feel confident in our ability to represent you, not because you have just spent your hard earned money to speak with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rania Arwani serves as the firm's Managing Attorney for our Family Law Division. Due to her extensive experience, while in Law School, acting as a Research Assistant and C. L.I. for the Children and Families Clinic, Rania discovered not only her passion for Family Law but her talents as well. Further training was completed with the Florida Center for Child Welfare where she gained in-depth and intensive experience in matters including domestic violence, substance abuse and sexual abuse of children. As a result, Mrs. Arwani is dedicated to protecting the rights of parents and children.
