What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The Grief Recovery Institute always inform us (The Grief Specialist) of new & improve information concerning Grief. However, we are constantly reminded that principles DO NOT change.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is said, "when the student is ready a master appear." Being a Grief Recovery Specialist takes a great deal of patience, which I'm learning everyday.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I suggest to my clients the importance of the breath...The myths they have been expose to about Grief and the possibility of recovery from within.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm wrapping up my 12 weeks group session & the people who started was amazed how THEY turned themselves around. I just told them I'm just a vehicle they are the ones that's in the driver seat.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I go back to the old adage, "People don't care how much you know, they want to know how much you care."
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My job is to listen, learn & realize that each & every one of my clients I approach them on an individual basis. By nature I listen what is not being said as opposed of what is being said throughout the sessions.
