Ashley is an excellent trainer. She kept me motivated and I was able to meet my goals. She always answered my questions. The sessions were fun! She was rotating the excersises and she was very good about showing me how to properly do them. She was always profecional and reliable.

Ashley was the best PT Ive had at the Y. She was so patient and motivating and worked with me at my pace. I never once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable while trying out a new exercise. Thanks to Ashley, I was able to start feeling more comfortable in my body and I now have the confidence to work out in front of my friends and other people. I would 100% have her as my trainer again.

Ashley's programs work! I wasn't eating enough ... or enough of the right foods. Within just a few months of eating plenty of the foods suggested on Ashley's meal coaching program my body took a new shape. i went from skinny-fat to fit.. lost some fat and gained a healthy amount of muscle. It's incredible what a few weight training sessions a week will do! I like that Ashley's plans don't include starvation diets or tons of cardio but still get results.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After being an overweight kid, then tackling my battle and full recovery through anorexia, my goal has been to help other women get fit the healthy way. Once recovered, I fell in love with weight training which prompted me to take my passion to the next level, educate myself to the fullest, and pay it forward. My mission is to help women stop the starvation, general disordered eating, treadmill abuse and body disorders by eating plenty, lifting heavy, and living joyously.
