Feeling much better & more confident not only in my body, but that I’m doing the right things and not spinning my wheels or wasting time. Once I hit 40 I noticed more belly fat and generally felt harder to keep the same figure I had in my early 30s despite my habits being unchanged. Ashley’s coaching helps guide me in the right direction and I’m making way better progress than when I was spending hours doing cardio and Pilates. Now a couple friends are working with her too and it keeps us all motivated being on the same journey together. Highly recommend!!!

Ashley has been my trainer for over a year. We worked in small group training sessions which were tailored to meet our individual needs. We utilizedTRX training, weight exercises, Dumbbells, strength and cardio. The best part was Ashley made each session fun while helping us achieve our individual goals.

I have been training with Ashley Diane for over two months. Her program is simple, yet effective and worked extremely well for me as a beginner. Ashley customized a program specifically to help me meet my goals with easy to achieve steps. I love her program because it is a gradual change, which is much more easy to maintain. Ashley's communication is excellent and she has effectively motivated me to continue on my fitness journey. I'm looking forward to many months of training with her! I would recommend her to anyone!

Ashley is an excellent trainer. She kept me motivated and I was able to meet my goals. She always answered my questions. The sessions were fun! She was rotating the excersises and she was very good about showing me how to properly do them. She was always profecional and reliable.

Ashley was the best PT Ive had at the Y. She was so patient and motivating and worked with me at my pace. I never once felt embarrassed or uncomfortable while trying out a new exercise. Thanks to Ashley, I was able to start feeling more comfortable in my body and I now have the confidence to work out in front of my friends and other people. I would 100% have her as my trainer again.
