My elliptical and exercise bike are both 10yrs + and had never been serviced. Matt scheduled me right away and clearly communicated service call expectations. Ken was prompt, knowledgeable, and gave me an honest assessment of my machines. After a quick safety check and tune-up, they're ready to ride for a few more years. I highly recommend their services. The technician showed up on time, was communicative throughout the process, adjusted his work according to my needs (whether I was transporting the broken-down gym equipment by myself or with an additional person), and gave me good guidance on how to store and how to prep for re-assembly later on.

Our bike had been clunky and noisy for a while and then got stuck at really hard resistance. We called another company but they didn't respond after a few days, so we found FMT and they responded right away. They sent a technician the same week who was super nice and knowledgeable. He explained what he found and how the repair process works. They sent us a fair repair estimate and were back out the next week to replace bad parts as soon as the new parts were sent to them, and now our bike runs like new! These guys were fast, friendly and did the job right! We're super happy with their service and will go to them if we ever have problems with the bike again. They said they can also assemble for us if we decided to buy something new instead. Highly recommend!
