FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is made on a case by case basis. I NEVER want $$$$ to be the sole reason why someone is unable to take lessons if they have legitimate desire to do so!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spend some time speaking with them, and showing a sincere interest in their their past tennis experience, what their immediate and long term goals are, and if they have a specific area/s they wish to focus on.....then construct a sample lesson outline to be made available to them to give an idea what a typical lesson with me would be like! At some point, offer different payment options and a choice of paying as they go or a special discounted rate for purchasing a "package" of several tennis lessons at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified Tennis Instructor since 2002, with a concentration on Performance Development and Tactics. I am always looking to expand my knowledge base through additional learning /workshops offered by both the PTR and the USTA. I am currently working on my wheelchair tennis certification. : ) I regularly attend the annual PTR Yearly Tennis Symposium to keep abreast of the newest and latest teaching methods and technologies that are becoming available.
