The Proper Flow responded quickly to my request for repairs to a sprinkler system that would not shut off. Bobby went above and beyond to assess the system and replace the faulty equipment. His pricing was very reasonable and customer service was great. He also finished the same afternoon before a thunderstorm hit.

I had a small project going on and tried to call a few companies for a drip system, this was the only company that actually cared enough to advise me as it’s still a build in progress, on what to do and what not to do. I met with one of their techs and told him about what I was trying to build and he worked with me on how to do what I was planning to do and make it work for me. I’ve dealt with a lot of service people before and this company is definitely up there. They’re honest and helpful and not just a cash grab, if they can help they’ve shown they will and that’s more then I could ever ask for.
