- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I include lashes in all of my costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have what I call a "get to know each other chat" before I start any service. Letting a stranger touch your face and be in your area, especially if you are not use to getting your makeup done often can be a little odd, if you do not know or trust the person. I want every new client to feel as comfortable and as confident in me as I do with doing their makeup. I always make sure to get a feel for exactly what my clients are looking for!

I am a Certified Professional Makeup Artist, graduate of Academy of Glam as well as a Licensed Esthetician
