- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I focus on value-based pricing rather than flat hourly fees. Because I provide an outsourced marketing and sales team, the goal is for the partnership to pay for itself through new revenue. I typically look at the project’s complexity and the potential for growth in order to give a proper pricing through a deep diagnosis 50 min online call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a deep dive into your data. I look at your current funnel, your customer lifetime value (LTV), and your acquisition costs (CAC) to see where the leaks are. From there, we don’t just ‘consult’—we deploy an outsourced sales and marketing team tailored to your needs. Since August 2025, we’ve refined a ‘done-for-you’ model where we build the technology, manage the leads, and focus entirely on generating new revenue—just like we’ve done for over 50 companies in the last six months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Economics, which gives me a ‘numbers-first’ approach to growth. Beyond that, I’ve spent over a decade in the trenches, managing massive budgets—up to $20M USD—for global brands like Bosch, Syngenta, and Hotmart. I’m also certified in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, and I’m highly proficient in the tech stack that drives modern business: everything from advanced BI tools like Power BI and SQL to the latest Generative AI tools.
