FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects 20 years of professional document preparation experience and is based on the type and scope of the document requested. Each matter is reviewed individually to ensure accurate pricing and clear expectations before work begins. Court filing fees are separate and paid directly to the Clerk of Court. All document preparation fees are discussed in advance. I prioritize accuracy and thorough preparation to ensure documents are properly organized and professionally completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins by confirming the specific document you need prepared and outlining the scope of services. Once details are reviewed, I provide a clear quote. After payment is received, you will complete an intake questionnaire with the required information. Your documents are then professionally prepared and returned to you for review prior to filing. This structured approach ensures accuracy, organization, and clarity from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to establishing my document preparation service in 2006, I completed formal paralegal studies and worked within a law firm environment. That experience provided exposure to structured documentation practices, procedural organization, and professional standards. For 20 years, I have applied that foundation to providing dependable and professionally prepared document services for self-represented individuals.
