- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few simple questions about the project, such as the approximate size of the area, whether you’re changing the color, the condition of the walls and ceilings, and when you’d like the work done. Then we discuss the details and expectations so everything is clear before I get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes mainly from hands-on experience in home improvement and interior painting. I focus on proper preparation and clean, quality work. I’d rather take a little more time to make it look right and last longer than rush the job.
