I hired Vern Richardson from PLUMBMEDIC, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He earns a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars for his exceptional service, professionalism, and honesty. Vern replaced two toilets that I supplied. He handled everything seamlessly, including the removal and haul-away of the old units. He installed the new ones perfectly and meticulously tested both for leaks to ensure everything was working flawlessly. In addition to the toiletinstallations, he replaced a failing single-handle tub and shower faucet and shower head in one bathroom. In the other bathroom, his integrity truly shined. After inspecting the fixture, he gave me excellent, professional advice not to replace or repair the faucet and shower head just yet. He discovered extensive hidden damage in the shower area that requires significant remediation first. Vern could have easily done the quick fix and charged me for it, but his honesty saved me from throwing money away on a fixture that would have to be torn out anyway. It is rare to find a contractor with this level of expertise and true integrity. If you need a reliable, professional, and honest plumber, call PLUMBMEDIC! Vern responded immediately to my service request and was available the very next morning. He arrived exactly as scheduled, completed the primary job quickly, and happily took on additional tasks right away!
