About
ProjectA Design Studio specializes in residential and commercial design, construction plans, and permit-ready drawing sets. With more than 17 years of experience, we help homeowners, business owners, and contractors transform their ideas into functional, beautiful, and code-compliant projects.
Our services include architectural and interior design, space planning, floor plans, additions, renovations, tenant improvements, permit drawings, existing-condition plans, and coordination with engineering professionals when required. We understand the permitting process and create detailed construction documents designed to help projects move efficiently through city and county review.
As a Florida Certified General Contractor, with additional HVAC and Plumbing contractor licenses, we bring real construction knowledge into every design. This allows us to identify practical issues early, create plans that can actually be built, and help clients avoid unnecessary delays and costly changes during construction.
Construction services are also available for clients who want one experienced team to take their project from design and permitting through completion. Whether you need plans only or complete design-build support, ProjectA Design Studio provides professional guidance, clear communication, and close attention to every detail.

We had an incredible experience working with ProjectA Design Studio on our home addition and renovation. Our project involved expanding the second floor, adding over 1,000 square feet of living space, including three new bedrooms, a new bathroom, and a complete roof expansion. From the initial design phase through permitting and construction, ProjectA handled everything. They coordinated all communications with the City and our HOA, making what could have been a very complicated process feel organized and manageable.Their team kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates on design decisions, permit approvals, inspections, and construction progress. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire project. The final result exceeded our expectations and transformed our home exactly as we had envisioned. We are extremely grateful for their guidance and dedication and would highly recommend ProjectA Design Studio to anyone considering a major renovation, addition, or custom home project.

Hi Bruna! Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and beautiful review of your experience with us!
A major renovation and second-floor addition of over 1,000 square feet is a massive undertaking, and we know how overwhelming dealing with City permits and HOA approvals can be. Our goal is always to carry that heavy lifting for our clients so the entire process feels organized, transparent, and completely manageable.
Hearing that our team's communication, knowledge, and dedication gave you total confidence—and that the final transformation exceeded your expectations—means everything to us. Thank you for trusting us with your home addition, and enjoy your beautiful, expanded space!
