- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer choose us we send our Service Manager to meet the owner the house to get all information we need about the pool conditions. Soon as we get the report from the first visit we adjust the new customer to the plan and prics found. That's whey the first visit is crucial. After we have the client approval we can sens ths technician on the same day, or a dat after a Service Manager inspection.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first start with a Florida based company as a helper. I got position after a while been a hard worker and very interested employee. After few years of experience on the industry I decided to make it my dream, I opened a company called Primewater, since there I've got such a good clients considering the fact I'm brans new company on this huge industry.
