- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're all about making that first connection. We like to kick things off by introducing ourselves, then we dive a bit deeper into the customer's issue or what they're looking for. If it makes sense, we go ahead and give them a price over the phone and ask for their address so we can set up the appointment. It’s that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mechanical engineer with approximately 15 years of experience specializing in water management. My training encompasses water treatment systems, distribution networks, water purification systems, and water heaters. I am committed to applying my knowledge and expertise to advance effective water solutions.
