From start to finish, Levi & Jimi did a phenomenal job on the several issues we had to address in our housewe were impressed with the use of digital tools to communicate between each other, made it seem like we were being cared for well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide upfront option pricing. The client will know exactly what the repair or replacement will cost, with multiple options, before any job has been started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an onsite evaluation of your plumbing problem with a service fee of $95 that is waived once you have the repair or installation done. We do not play the low quoting over the phone game that wastes your time and ours. You usually can not get an honest repair cost until a thorough diagnosis has been completed. There are to many variables.
