This company saved me thousands of dollars by asking me if tests have been run on why the air conditioner was failing. Instead of completely replacing, they Investigated/tested and repaired a tiny piece where all my other quotes were $13,000 plus without asking or looking into other possibilities.
When I talked to them about what happened. They said they always want to look at the repairing before they completely replace!

GHOST MECHANICAL responded immediately to our AC having cooling issues in July. Eric arrived promptly, identified the issue quickly with a detailed explanation of the cause, and replaced a part instead of upselling for new AC unit. Eric also followed up with a visit and phone calls to check on our system cooling maintaining setpoints. We have had no issues since. Highly recommend Ghost Mechanical for their HVAC knowledge, experience and repair first, replace second approach!

Guys did amazing warranty work on my system that another contractor installed! Didn’t even know they were there despite a major system replacement as part of the OE warranty!
