Ed was right on time, cleaned three large rooms and did an excellent job. The carpet looks great, all pet stains have disappeared. Excellent to work with, was in and out quickly. Left us with a "gift" of chocolate as a "Thank You" made by his wife - super sweet! Will use again next spring!
