I had recently bought a new high performance computer that could not detect the GPU and after troubleshooting it myself for hours I just threw my hands up. I put a service request for PC repair on Thumbtack and within minutes Jeff had sent me a message trying to further understand the issue. Jeff was very effective in getting information that I thought I had lost off an old hard drive. He’s got all the equipment and knowledge. I was really impressed with the fact that we could even find the information I tried doing it myself and I couldn’t find the lost information but Jeff was able to find the items that I thought I had lost and we’re very grateful for Jeff so now we’re using them at our business as well as personal computers
