I have been doing this program for a little over a month and while it was a slow start for me due to health issues and previous injuries, I’m finally starting to see some amazing results! I am building strength and conditioning muscles I didn’t know was possible due to back and hip injuries. She pushes me and keeps me going even when I don’t feel like I have it in me to keep going. I’m looking forward to see what the next month brings as I’m anxious to be able to get more active with my always on the go toddler!

My mom and I have seen Katarina a few times now and we LOVE her! She keeps things so upbeat and positive. She’s good at giving us motivation at the perfect times during our workouts. My mom and I are seeing results and already feeling stronger. I cannot recommend her enough!

Katarina is AMAZING! I absolutely loved working with her when she was in Florida. She's very fun and funny, which makes working out all the more better if you're someone who doesn't really care to do that kind of thing. She also challenges you, and will give you the results you want if you allow her to. Most importantly, her knowledge of the fitness world was top-notch. Anytime I had a question she had an answer. Highly recommend her!

Working with Katarina was great! She was always in a happy mood and she motivates you to reach your fitness goals. She showed me discipline. I always felt good after a workout. The first few weeks are hard but with her help it becomes a part of your routine. I was extremely happy and thankful when I reached my fitness goal!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I provide hybrid training where I train people who live within reasonable distance but also get them custom workout plans for the rest of the week to ensure success. These workouts are tracked via my app with workout videos so they know what to do and how much to do and also me checking in keeps them accountable and in touch in the moments of needing support.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Finding out what the client really needs is the key - different approach fits different personalities. We talk about their day, when to workout and when and what to eat. Then we do basic moves to see where the client stands with their current fitness level and start workout according to the findings.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Personal training certification, CPR and everyday news about fitness industry
