Katka Fit personal training programs for women are committed to changing your body, your health and your lifestyle. These training programs are fully personalized and offer the highest level of support and are designed for achieving the best results long term as your body and goals change. Remote training pricing range depends on level of coaching support one on one for accountability, form coaching and live 30 min video sessions; $52-134 bi-weekly. I train in-person in Sarasota, Osprey, Venice, Nokomis area - pricing is in the app per hour and remote everywhere else. In-person I provide training for weight loss, strength, toning and flexibility for women only. For remote coaching I specialize in weight loss/fat loss and nutrition guidance for busy women in 30’s and 40’s and beyond. See my calendar for availability for in-person training. Katarina has been amazing! I was not sure what to expect with online training but it has gone great and kept me on track. I love that Katarina is punctual and organized. The app she uses integrates with my Apple watch and my fitness pal so I can track everything. Love how she can also assign me workouts on days I don’t meet with her. I am in my 40s and have had double hip replacements. I have gained strength in the past couple months working with her and lost weight! She has been very patient with me and customized workouts to my level and continues to push me to get stronger! I highly recommend her!

I started maybe 6 weeks ago.. I am 78 yrs old with pain that goes along with age!!! My friend Pam suggested I try this on line person… Kat… she really thought she could help me.. have done PT .. Chiropractor and have gotten more relief from Kat in this short time than any of the others.. when I tell her a specific place is painful.. she changes things up or says hold everything tight.. lol and that works… I am so grateful for Kat and having her” in my house “ so I don’t have to go to gym.. which I wouldn’t do … don’t hesitate to try this in person online work out… she really knows what she is doing!!!! Kat is super helpful and friendly. I was a bit leery about virtual coaching from another state, but it has turned out to be a great choice! I appreciate that Kat tries to work with equipment I already have or suggests reasonably priced equipment that I will benefit from. I would encourage anyone struggling with weight management or just trying to figure out the right exercise program to give Kat a try!

I’ve been training with Katarina for more than a year now. I think she is very experienced & committed trainer. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! What is important she is listening to your needs, ensures that your technique is always correct to avoid any injuries, she explains the mechanics so well. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the best way to develop muscle safely, as well as, healthy habits. Katarina is really helping me to achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun at the same time. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more repetitions and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I’m actually looking forward to my workouts. I thoroughly enjoy working out with Katarina and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness and wellbeing.
