Hoover from Wrench Box came to fix my Bosch wall ovens last week. He was on time, professional and kind. He was also knowledgeable, methodical and patient. He was a great listener. He heard our problems without interruption and understood our needs. He was an excellent communicator. He explained his diagnostics, what he was doing, and why; what he couldn't do, and why. He was confident in his skill and abilities and conveyed trust and confidence.Sadly, at the end of the service call, my wall ovens had bigger issues than we thought and they likely need to be replaced. Wrench Box charged a reasonable minimum charge for the diagnostic call, and Hoover provided me a detailed report of his findings.Based on this experience, I strongly recommend calling Wrench Box for any appliance repair, and definitely ask for Hoover!
