What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I go to classes all the time and update my ASE Certifications as needed. It doesn't make sense not to with new cars coming out all the time AND it never hurts to brush up on the stuff I already know.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the hourly labor rates and the certifications of the other competitors/mechanics! Check the warranty on parts and labor on repairs.
