- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for standard cleanings. I do however, know that everyone has specific needs, so in some cases I may offer a flat rate quote based on those specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for tips and tricks that make my job easier. I read many articles and "how to's" to get helpful information on tackling the toughest grime and soap scum. I have a ton of tricks up my sleeve! I will share tips with you as well!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most jobs that I complete are on a recurring schedule. This means that I visit the home to clean weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I normally do a top to bottom dusting and polishing all surfaces. The kitchen and all bathrooms and bedrooms are included. Refrigerators and all large appliances are included in the rate. Cleaning large appliances and windows just take additional time to complete but are always included in regular service.
