Teresa, Angel, and their team catered a birthday party at our home for about 50 adults and 20 children. They've exceeded all expectations! Absolutely fabulous team of five made our party hosting a breeze! The food was excellent and bountiful! All our guests left with to go boxes and we still had plenty of leftovers. Their service and attentiveness was beyond what I could imagine. Teresa and her team are the real pros! From the initiation of the project and providing me with the quote for food, service, and equipment rentals within the same day (unlike other caterers I've reached out to who didn't provide quotes for over a week). All guests were impressed with their work! Highly recommended for all your catering needs :)

We still have to try the food but their response and follow up was very good. Professional and friendly. Willing to work on the menu and pricing. So far so good!

Teresa is such a joy to work with! She responded right away. I gave her my date and theme of my event, how many people we are expecting. Where the event would be. She got back to me within an hour or so with the menu and price. It was around the Holidays so I asked if I could let her know after the New Year. She said of course! I then contacted her again and met with her in person to go over the menu and adjust the numbers and the menu a bit. Our event isn’t until the spring so I went back again and did a tasting and the food is very good and Teresa and her husband are very nice and very helpful. I recommend them for your next event ! Also please go to the restaurant and have Breakfast Brunch or lunch they have a very good menu! The staff is awesome. This nice young couple are doing great! The restaurant is clean and homey, and the portions are huge! They are professional and punctual and want their customers to be happy! Quality food!

90th birthday party. Very special event i had to plan while living in CT. They Answered every question. I adjusted the order at least 3 times even throwing in a 2 tier cake🙄. and never once did I sense any frustration. The quote was very reasonable. They're Always happy to help. I would highly recommend them for all catering orders. Theresa is amazing. Thank you again for all your time, help, dedication and hardwork.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to collect information to put together a menu for the event, lock in dates, and prepare for a taste testing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and our Chef studied Culinary Arts at Keiser University in Melbourne, FL and has worked under high end Chefs in NYC. We have both been in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years and love it more each day. We’re both Manager serve safe certified and able to train others in proper food safety.
