I can't recommend Centurion Mechanical Solutions enough! I originally had another company come out because my AC was blowing warm air. After their inspection, I was quoted nearly $5,000 in recommended repairs, with about $700 labeled as “required.” They claimed two parts were broken and needed to be replaced before I’d get cold air again. Since my unit isn’t that old, the price felt way too high, so I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, I found Jacob. From the start, he was honest, down-to-earth, and understanding that people have real budgets to work with. He personally came out, took a look at my system, and quickly identified that only ONE part actually needed replacing. It honestly felt like the first company was trying to upsell me without any real explanation or transparency. Jacob had my AC up and running with cold air again in about 15 minutes. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also beat the other company’s price and took the time to explain everything he was doing along the way. On top of that, he even worked with me on a custom payment option to make things easier financially. It’s rare to find someone this honest, skilled, and genuinely caring in this industry. I won’t be using anyone else for my AC needs moving forward, Jacob has earned a lifelong customer!

Jacob was great to work with! He looked at my AC and told me that the problem was going to cost more than it would be worth (the heating element was beyond repair). Instead, he spoke to me about using space heaters for the few weeks of cold to save money. I appreciated his honesty and he was very knowledgeable. Will call him again if my AC needs servicing!
