Glad I found Nautical on Thumbtack! Tom is the owner and was involved the whole way through (phone consultation, site visit, quoting and installation with Jose). He was very thorough with explaining the options and giving his advice on the equipment. He worked with my budget and even came out to quote on the last day of the year. I’m now sitting in my garage with my new mini split and extremely comfortable with the AC in here. I highly recommend Nautical, they’ve been great!

Very good experience from start to finish. Tom, the owner, was very responsive to all my questions. I needed a new AC and I wanted the indoor air handler moved out of the attic into my laundry closet. After signing the contract the job proceeded very smoothly. I was impressed by their courteous attitude and cleaning up as they worked. They had to come back another day to remove the old attic unit. Tom and Jose were extremely prompt and professional. I highly recommend Nautical Cooling.
