It was very refreshing to find an honest, straight forward, committed HVAC professional in Vero beach. Nautical Cooling was on time as promised, installed my brand new AC, explained everything about warranty, and mainly cleaned up after they were done. Tom got back to me within about 30 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and walked me through the steps to take to fix the issue. I've dealt with far too many HVAC companies that are more than willing to collect a service charge for something basic and this was beyond a welcomed surprise. I appreciated his willingness to assist someone he didn't know for free, and we will absolutely go back to Nautical for any AC issues moving forward.
