Our scope of work was to remove and replace your electrical panel, which was completed by our experienced electricians. The work was fully inspected and approved by the City of Sebastian, and FPL promptly restored power afterward. Despite the tight location of the panel near the door entrance, we successfully completed the installation while minimizing drywall cutting, which is standard in such jobs. On the originally scheduled visit, our team arrived as planned, but the home was inaccessible. Our crew waited for over an hour before needing to leave and reschedule. Per our contract, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to ensure efficient service for all our clients. Additionally, as outlined in our contract, Kanda Power is not responsible for drywall or paint repairs, which is a common practice in the electrical industry. We aim to minimize disruption wherever possible, and our pricing was highly competitive given the scope and quality of the work performed. Unfortunately, after the job was completed per our agreed contract, payment was delayed for several weeks as the customer refused to make payment. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable in the industry, prompt, and transparent. We have installed countless panels and continue to do so with high satisfaction from the community. We always encourage our clients to carefully review the terms of the contract before signing, ensuring that all expectations are clear from the start.
