John was at my house within 15 minutes after my call. Did a great job loading and getting rid of my old furniture. He made the process smooth and efficient.

Details: No large items to haul • Furniture, appliances or electronics • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

John communicated well. He was very professional. He was kind. Prompt. Took out everything I asked of him. Old refrigerator, old freezer, old sofa bed. I pointed, he hauled it off. The whole experience was an absolute delight. I felt he went above and beyond my expectations.
