- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and transparent pricing. New customers may qualify for discounts of up to 10%. We also offer discounts for veterans and active military members. For larger projects, we may be able to provide additional savings as well. Final pricing depends on the scope of work, project complexity, and materials needed, and we always discuss everything clearly with the customer in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts when a customer contacts us and explains the issue or project. If it is a repair, we come out for a diagnostic visit, identify the problem, and then provide an estimate for the repair. If it is an installation or larger project, we schedule a site visit, take measurements, evaluate the scope of work, and prepare a quote. Once the customer approves everything and submits the deposit, we schedule the job, complete the work, and collect the remaining balance upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an engineering background in air conditioning and ventilation, along with hands-on experience working with a wide range of HVAC systems. We have completed specialized training on different equipment brands, system design, and mechanical network planning, as well as training for working with various refrigerants. In addition, we have the professional qualifications and licensing required to perform HVAC work properly and professionally.
