My wife and I had my brother, his wife, my niece and her husband and new baby in town. We decided to hire Rosemary to prepare our special dinner. She met with us the night before, when we planned the menu. She did the shopping for us and arrived on time to start cooking and preparing our meal. She helped me select the wines to serve with our appetizer and later, with our dinner. The soup, the salad, the sea bass entree with vegetables were all phenomenal. Rosemary served, cleared completed plates off the table, put dirty plates and silverware into our dishwasher, and prepared our dessert and plates.
Everyone had the best meal!! We couldn't have been more pleased. THANKS, Rosemary!!
